Quite simply: a nut mix with salted caramel! The base: peanuts and cashews. The nuts are coated in a sweet and salty, caramelised layer. Caramel is made either from just sugar or from sugar, butter, cream, and salt. The sugar is heated while stirring until the sugar crystals melt and it darkens – the sugar caramelises. Since salted caramel is often made with cream and we want anyone to enjoy it, we quickly created a vegan version. Its also a good way around one of the trickiest snack questions: team sweet or salty?
